Natural coffees from Ethiopia are famous. They are they well done and amongst the best naturals in the world.
They offer clean flavours with distinct notes of flowers, red berries, stone fruits and deep sweetness. This lot, produced by farmers of the Shoondisa community (Guji), is no different. It is a delicate coffee that we decided to roast light to let the terroir speak for itself.
This coffee was sourced with an in-country partners by Osito, the people behind our Honduras, decaf and Mexican coffees (light and dark) as well. According to them; this coffee is one of the best natural they ever tasted, and we agree with them.
They source only a handful of coffees from Ethiopia, so their process is aimed at finding the best lots for us all to enjoy. Osito excels at finding clean, flavourful coffees and we are happy to source most of our offerings through them.
